Ball diffs are the bomb .
sure they need rebuilld from time to time .
But they are by far lighter then Gear diffs , thus Creats less strain on the Transmission.
Back in the days ; The materials used in the transmission weren't as stong as the are now a days . The motors weren't as powerfull . So it was better to use a ball diffs to and get the most performance out of the car .
How ever ... Now a days , motors have more then enough power and the transmission is a lot tuffer then what they use to be .
So gear diffs seem to be reappearing here and there .
We will just have to see if the DEX410's transmissin will hold up .
On another note ;
I still can get my head arround the front sway-bar ;
It look like a 2 peaces

....
