Sounds excellent, unfortunately I sold my Mini about 3 months ago cos I never used it!
A couple of my friends (Sunktothenuts from Maxbashing, and Bellysgonnagetchya from Tamiya Club) have got the ABC 4wd Mini's from Japan, for about £80, and are properly chuffed with them. I might get one of those and enter it in class 3 (not that I'm any good at driving...
