I think it is really great that you are taking the time to create "formulas" for Mini racing. I hope you have a good meeting.
You asked for comments, so I'll just mention a couple of things that would concern me (as a fellow spec class organiser - we do TT-01's at our club)...
1. Class 1. Hop-ups - allowing any damper of "same dimensions" as 50746 means people can run TRF dampers. Why not spec just 50746?
2. Same with the TEU-101BK "or similar" - what is similar? Why not just spec the 101BK, it is the cheapest ESC on the market and also the best for that kind of motor.
3. How are you going to work the 2 leg finals? Best result and the other as a tiebreaker? Both to count? 3-legs tends to create a fairer result with best 2 to count, means you have to be consistent to work up the grid, and doesn't penalise you for one bad run.
Good luck though. Wish I had one of those old Yokomo MR-4 minis to run in the silhoutte class on touring tyres - they would tear up a small indoor track!
