No such thing! Centrino is the collective name for certain CPU's/chipset/wifi chipsets used together.
Might be worth keeping an eye on this...

It's not the fastest thing in the world but it's a current model so you are more likely to get parts for it later on if it gets dropped ect.
Personally I'd wait and save up a bit longer to buy new, sometimes deals pop up on end of line or 'B-grade' stuff...
