Buy small bottle of oil & put in your tank!
YOU MUST not over rev engine and keep topping tank up with fuel.
My dad did the same thing twice !!!
Takes about 1-2 weeks to run it out the system doing motorway runs.
His van is 99 not sure about newer engines.
