I would have a look at the RC Fusion range, I've got the Paladin 120 Pro, it comes with balancer, is capable of 180W charging, and can charge 6 2S Lipos at once with the appropriate leads and things
. It retails for about £120, but I've seen them for £109.99, though you do need a power supply.
However they also do something called an Elysium LX60B - can do 6S lipo, and has a built in power supply - all for about £80. Though it only has a 50W maximum charge...
