Many people always have a pop at Schumacher oil. All I can say is that as far as i know, many of the team use it, so it can't be all that bad. I've had the odd bottle that hasn't "seemed right", but out of all the bottles i've had - if it's only the odd bottle then i'm not too concerned.
It's likely that any setup sheets that you see on the schumacher site are based on their oil.
The "wt" measurement is an interesting one, because in reality i'm not sure it means all that much. Hence as someone posted above, it's a good idea to stick with one brand. Oil is measured in cst. Some brands are starting to sell oil in cst now. Although talking to some of the touring car guys that test an obscene amount of stuff, they say that even across brands, using a recognised unit, it isn't consistent across different brands.
