IIRC - Longer link means more roll, which 'should' give the car more grip on that end.

A shorter link stiffens to cars roll and 'should' give the car less grip that end.

I'm uncertain what moving the inner or outer does over one another however, i've always moved the outer personally.

I'd try a central hole first, and see what you fancy.. but to be fair - adjust the shocks before altering camber links.
