You cant charge BEFORE shipping (ie in advance, eg order monday, pay monday shop then ships on the thursday, you have to order monday, pay monday, ship monday if you get my example ) You have to charge "as" you are shipping, but not prior. I agree with you 100% it would be suicide to send it THEN charge afterwards.
