smaller,
nicer looking
needing less current ... so
less or no missed laps as sometimes happens with AMB PT's
cheaper
the possibility to have multiple PT's all with the same #, so just one # to remember.
the possibility to repair the wires in case of damage but waterproof nevertheless
...

The MRT-pt uses the SAME signal as an AMB-transponder ... so it will always function wherever the AMBrc-system is used.
Terry just programs AMB-codes that he owns into these PT's.

a normal MRT-PT has 10 or 20 different codes programmed. You, the pilot, can choose whatever code you want to use and with the milion different codes used around the world, chance that two drivers have the same number-code is econd to none ... and even if so, you can switch the number with a push on a button.
The cloned PT is even easier: you then have 20 numbers AND your personal AMB-number.
