Here in Norway there's these options now:
-Viasat Premium package (expensive). Shown on Viasat Motor.
-RTL. Good & cheap! But you'd better understand german...
-a rerun will be shown on SportN
How about TV4?
I'd love to watch in on BBC, those commentators are great! But as you say it's available only on sattelite not cable...
