Well it just depends how you feel it handles. Its all trial and error and a lot of the time its hard to tell any difference from one run to the next.

For jumping, I change the wing. I notice you are using the kit wing which is tiny, so it will jump nose down - I recommend the Hot Bodies High down force wings, they come as a pair, are very cheap and are VERY strong. I always use one of these with full gurney (rear left as high as the sides) and it jumps fantastic and I don't change it atall now.... outdoors may be a different story though.
