Here it is, but remember I only tried it a couple of times and there are for sure lots of refinements to be made.
I think the crucial parts are the shock positions and the use of 20° caster blocks.
I used AE shocks to save the Losi ones with the Ellis setup.

Here comes another benefit of this setup. I don't like the idea of ballasting (is that a word?) a race car with 250g+! So I used only around 85g on the front of the car (see the notes) and it feels rather good. The car overall weights 1550g with a 280g lipo.
