What packs are you running?
If they're soft cased you can modify the existing plastic tray's as Andy says to fit. If you're using Trakpower's I'd suggest the
Diggity Designs saddle braces, thats what hold my Trakpower's in
The AE tray for the B44 (if thats what you linked, the link doesn't work btw
) should fit in theory, although I've not seen a BJ4 with one fitted.
