I do the single colour same price as the printed for 20, but for the layered (2 colour) i might only offer 8/10 name decals because they are a biyatch to make, but look really nice, totally opaque.
I've yet to sort out a "formula" for people ordering vinyl stuff, i want to make it easy for them and me.
The Vinyl is best suited to bigger decals, but i did all these atomic carbon decals with it :
