Thumbs up Euro's '09 Flights
This might be of use to UK racers heading out to this years Euros.

I've just book our flights with RyanAir, Stansted to Santander (about 45min from Bilbao).

Return flights start from £45 depending on your luggage options.

Not sure how long the offer will last, as you're basically paying £0.01 for the flight and the rest is standard taxes.
