If you use the orginal steel nyloc nuts with the brown insert you should not have a problem, as they have a chamfere on the inside hole, the alum nuts do not have this so you cannot tighten them as much, then you strip the hex's.

So if you can use the nuts which come with the car, or put a chamfere on you alum nuts.
