As has been said, I'm not there tomorrow but yes you'll be able to get in. Normal kicking off time was always 10 ish.....so I'll decide that for you.
They'll be no lights in the container unless you hook up to Carls geny.
The track will be fine to pretty good I'd imagine comparing the weather to last time we were up there 2 weeks ago.
