Why has it been dragging on, the cut off date was 31st January
It hasn't been 3 weeks yet, in previous years it's always been 4-5 weeks after the cut off date before we see a legal list.
There's still at least 6 weeks to go before a BRCA sanctioned off road meeting, and nearly 3 months until the first national.
