Almost Mike, the rear shocks are the same, the B44 fronts have longer shafts - BJ4 shafts are from the B4. Rear wishbones need a little material taking away same as the fronts to clear the bottom of the gearbox case, unless you do as I do and remove a tiny bit from the gearbox then B4/44 arms go straight on.
I'm running B44 caster and steering blocks on my BJ4 now, they are a worthwhile upgrade
