If the form said anything other than 'your form has been submitted' - then you're not in!!!!
Seriously though - I can send you an email at the time but it's exactly the same as seeing the on-screen confirmation I'm afraid.
The only person who can tell you 100% that you are confirmed is the person doing the booking in and sorting the heat lists. But like I said, as long as it didn't say something like '404 error, your entry was screwed up' then your details ARE with the Batley officials.
