If it has to be 1:10 and you want a proper RC truck I would recommend one of the Tamiya twin motor trucks,

There are a few different variations (Double Blazed, Twin Detonator, Wild Dagger etc) and loads turn up on Tamiya Club and Ebay so you should be able to pick up a decent second hand ready to run with radio gear for £80 or less. In standard form they're real slow (I got rid of my Wild Dagger because it was too toy like and slow) They do stand up to the bashing well and are very easy to fix and modify, however like most 1:10 not really suited to indoor use.
