free postage (to the UK) - everyone from outside the UK i'll be PM'ing you with a postal quote.

Delivery :
First class normal post. I expect to have all the retainers machined by mid-next week so expect delivery by the end of next week or early the following week at the latest. I'll keep you informed when they've been shipped.
