That idea works really well in our winter series Alan, certainly a few of the lads showed a bit more desire to do well when they knew they stood a chance of being up the top of the table, and we have all seen how close the racing has been!
Fetes and public events are a great way of getting the message out there too, sadly i missed the last one due to working on saturdays but if the opportunity came up again i'd be there to fly the flag in the future!
