The Slash trucks are pretty huge in the US. Most tracks have a stock class that allows certain upgrades, but otherwise stock trucks which makes for absolutely excellent competition.
Not to mention that they're an absolute blast just in general, plus you can run a Slash in any weather and keep all those race level 4wd buggy's electronics in working order
