Actually, once the car is out, and in public hands, then it wouldn't be hard for someone to data plot the components, and get a 3D cad drawing made. Time consuming, maybe, but not inpracticable or impossible.

As far as what the poster wants, good luck, in the end, he won't be able to get a definite setup, as with all things you 'race', the vehicle can have a base setting, in which gets improved, but you always end up with something that 'works' for you.
