The 0.5 rear hubs was prototypes from TRF, but you could use Rayspeed 0.5 hubs for yokomo car, they are available but may-be difficult to find !

I've been looking for the Rayspeed 0,5 rear hubs for yokomo to fit my 501x but the only one i can find is the Rayspeed 0,5 rear b4 hub rayspeed rs-28. Is this the right part Deuv are talking about?
