I would recommend strongly TrakPower stick packs.
TrakPower have exclusive rights in the UK (and a fair few other places I assume) with Enerland who produce some amazing quality cells. TrakPower pack construction is brilliant, and they claim extremely low resistance due to their assembly techniques. I well believe it.
