I would like to think that the EB will consider the heatshrink over the packs to be classed as the factory seal. If this is removed then fair enough, the seal has been broken.
If you look on any packaging, the seal is usually a bit of plastic and a sticker.
Im pretty sure is doesn't say factory glued
