I had the same when I tried Minipins at the front on carpet on my B4 instead of Staggers, even after cutting them and adapting the setup quite a bit.
So, if its high bite carpet all around try yellow Staggers instead, they should solve that problem instantly. If you´ll miss steering afterwards, you can alter your setup or finetune the tires by slicing the ribs. You could also do some things setupwise instead like using (more) internal limiters in the shocks to limit the travel to lessen traction roll, but Staggers would do it way more significantly. On full carpet tracks they´re usually the tires of choice and used without inserts.
