trucks run at york fine with no problems! I'm sure it won't break your shiny new car, they arn't buch bigger than a buggy tbh and it's easy enough to keep away from them/get past them, your going to break/scratch/dirty your shiny new car up sooner or later anyway haha

Having a truck class start at your club would boost your clubs funds and size too if its get popular, one or two run fine along with 2wd too thats what we've done at york atmo with no breakages or anything!
