IRL22203 I used, made by IR, got them from farnell (not cheap but got work to pay for them

then all the info is there on what to expect... however the thermal shut down was a problem to start with bit I did sort it... I have pictures of the whole operation so PM me if you need a guide. not for the faint hearted this job . I'm a professional electronic design engineer and I found it tricky. Best of luck
