. I'm I right in thinking that a 1* that was is now a 7.5 and 4* is now a 4.5? If so I can work out the rest

The other issue I'd like some info on is the differences between the X9 and X11. Is it something to do with sintered magnets. I didn't think they were legal. So does that mean I should buy the X9's.
I just don't want to spend money on hardware that I won't be able to use at BRCA meetings.
