Not sure you have this the right way round.
In theory, a sensorless ESC CAN run a sensored motor (just without the sensor lead so it runs like a sensorless).
However a sensored-only ESC CANNOT run a sensorless motor (as the ESC requires the sensor feedback to work).
However, I have also read (but no first hand experience) that high-turn sensored motors don't run well with sensorless speed controllers. So an ezrun/10.5 combo probably won't work too good.
