I just have the single normal one. One thing that helps is steel or alloy pivot balls on the inner hinge pins. Even though they are in plastic holders the balls wear quickly in bad conditions and get hammered by hard impacts which causes them to squish and add slop which could eventually cause the pins to fall out.
