E may over-ride this statement, but to me antisquat is kind of a good "feel" adjustment; that is, adjust it more to suit your driving style than to conform to a particular set-up. As Dan said earlier (quoted) you can go more antisquat (less shims) to be more aggressive (rear end is a little looser) or less antisquat to be "safer". It's an easy adjustment to change, so I'd suggest start "safe" (like 1 or 2 degrees) and in practice try going to like 4 or 5 and just see how it feels to you.
