Yes, the Intellect 3600s are pretty good batteries. As for a charger, you can pick up a decent second hand nimh charger for about £60 so when you can scrape enough together, get something like a second hand pulsar, I have one and its ace.
That servo will be fine, I run a pretty average 0.16s, 90oz analog servo and Im keeping up just fine.
