The requirements for an EGM are pretty steep.
10% of the membership need to sign the request. So that's about 600 BRCA members. Even then, 10% need to be in attendance at the EGM.
I find it hard to believe that 600 people made the trip to the AGM.
It's a possibility, but not likely.
