To stay out of the iraqi oil until it has settled completely and has proven its stability without western interference and corruption, possibly even silently subsidised by the western world as iraq needs money which is why they have opened bidding for oil again. When they have proven that then they should allow companies to come in and extract the oil at a discounted rate of tax until the money is repaid.
I dont think tony blair or bush wole up one morning and said "lets wreck iraq". How do we know its just out bombs that have taken down schools, treatment plants etc, do they not have suicide bombers?
