They do a lot though to be fair but and give a lot back to communities, but its all in the name of offsetting tax, just like any other company would. Oil companies dont need to be everyones friend they look after their employees and do their best for the environment, if they dont then this hits them harder than any other publicity they plan to do. You would be suprised how many people would stop using shell fuels just because it was proven it died from a shell oil spillage, but its ok for pharmaceutical companies to sell pills which make people manic depressives after 6 months, but people dont think that those companies still make paracetamol or this years flu jab.
