From what I have heard the original kits out drives were not heat treated. I imagine that some of the replacements were not heat treated as well. I have more runs on the buggy Than I can count (60-100) and you would not even no I had one run on them. I would get a hold of Yokomo and see if they would trade you out with the heat treated ones senses it was there mistake of not heat treating the ones you have in the first place. They are aware of the problem and should help you out....
