Hello carlin, sorry for the late reply, ive been running my shocks for a few weeks now with a cut diaphram. Firstly pull the shock shaft to the bottom of the shock body and fill to the top with oil. Next slowly push the shock shaft up to the top of the shock body and slowly pull it back down again. After that push the shock shaft half way in and screw the cap on, the excess oil should now come out of the bleed hole on the cap
As for limiters, im running two big orange o-rings on the rear shocks to stop the uptravel and no internal limiters. Then on the front shocks i have got 1 big o-ring and no internal limiters.
