There is nothing wrong with the blue jumps at all and a lot of people love them!
The first camel hump jump is one of the best high speed and distance jumps that you'll ever do and also makes for a very nice corner feature which is very easy to drive. The blue doubles serve a great purpose in some places on the track as well. What made them difficult yesterday was where they were on the track and the fact that they made a potential triple combination.
Also, if you stood certain places on the rostrum it was difficult to get a good line of site and the fact that when you did triple them and landed you were behind the bridge with limited visibility.
There certainly was a very specific technique to get them right and if you didn't you'd pay the price. Mr Long, you need to get down to Wycombe with us a bit more often so you can try them on different spots on the track before consigning them to BBQ fuel
