Well technically it's just called the Ultima Pro, Kyosho used the name for three versions of the Pro, yours is the Ultima Pro black version,
manual for it here. Rear shocks are Kyoshos Platinum shocks from the
Turbo Ultima.
And yes, the black Pro chassis did flex, the first white Ultima Pro had a full length fibreglass top deck, but it had an aluminium chassis with the battery slots cut into it. I guess Kyosho thought the fibreglass chassis was tough enough to withstand damage, without giving too much thought to stiffness.
