Please never make the site dynamic width!
The width is great mate. I see you have gone 950 which is about as wide as you can push it for the de facto base 1024 screens. Personally I tend to use 925-940 depending on the website so roughly in the same ball park.
I checked it on my web developing PC (where I have a second monitor installed that is 15" 1024x768 exactly for this purpose) and it looks fine
I expect your/Vickys' EEE Pc will be 1024, always good test.
