If we changed the names to any of those in a B Final, and add the names of your favourite (!) referee and the BRCA, can anyone spot the difference between an over-eager set of youngsters high on adrenaline driving over-powered, tricky to control cars, and the Fuji GP?

Doesn't this smell a little of double standards? Despite everything you see and hear from every sport, school, business and Government showing how incompetent management is these days (look only as far as the Banks!) you seem to think there is a higher standard applied to F1? Why apply a higher standard to F1 than you would to your job, or an Off-Road race? I'm just asking...

There is a saying in F1 - when Ferrari does well, F1 does well. It's been the same since the 1970s when the FIA got really involved, and a man called Jean-Marie Ballestre ran the FIA. It still makes me laugh that Mosely replaced him because he said Ballestre was too much in Ferrari's pocket...

It'll go to the wire, and unless Hamilton gets to realise in the next week that he can't win every race, and he certainly can't win any race at the first corner (or second lap) he'll come away empty-handed. My view is that he created the situation that caused the trip through the pits, and until he stops doing that, the trophy cabinet will remain bare.

(When's Worksop - I might come and watch!! )
