I have never ordered via the website, so can't comment on that. I order my bits by phone and they are normaly with me the next day.
If you give them a bell Monday morning, 01604790580 I have no doubt your parts will be with you the next day. You could maybe metion the problems you have had, so if they have any technical issues they can get them resolved.
