What camera do you have, and do you have a flash.
On my d300 I just turn the iso up and use a lens with a fast aperture on it say 2.8 or faster. White balance on auto. Try to get a shutter speed 1/80 and practice panning you might not get many good shots at first but keep trying and it will work eventually.
If you can’t get a good picture by turning the iso up then try flash.
