I was disappointed when I bought a set of dirt Hawgs for my Kyosho Lazer for this purpose.
The plus point is they will last forever (one of the reasons I wanted them), but thats about it.
They are very big and flabby compared to a normal buggy tire, big diameter so changes gearing, poor grip, just wasnt fun to drive.
