Could be better, as it goes out to the left - but the wire is still crossing the belt - so its no better than what I have done, which is basically nothing but cable tied it neatly.
What you could do though, is extend the connection extension out to the right over the ESC, so none of it crosses the belt. That'd mean your positive wire would be ultra short.
There is also too much exposed open live ripe for shorting out - it could simply move over to the other plug and you then have a dead ESC and Lipo. You need to heat shrink the whole thing so once plugged in there is nothing exposed - it'd also make it look far more pro'.
(same with the negative, cover those open wires!)
